Do you provide free licenses to Non Profits for your Community Events Plugin?

Hi,

I’m a web designer & developer who is currently building a WordPress site for a non profit organization in the UK and who would like to know if can a provide free licenses for your Community Events plugin. I know that it is possible to obtain a free licenses for your Pro plugin but it is not clear whether this also applies to your other plugins notably ‘Community Events’. If you kindly do, how long will the process take before the licenses is given out to the recipient(s)? Thanks.

May I also ask: Is it allowed from a non-profit perspective to receive 2 licenses for 2 seperate plugins (e.g. one for Events Pro and one for Community Events)? Would this effect the process time in receiving them due to the need for more documents? Thanks again.

Thanks for your interest in our products!

We do have a Nonprofit Partnership program that allows approved organizations to use Events Calendar PRO for free, as well as providing discounts on our other plugins. You can read our Nonprofit Program Knowledgebase article to get all the details. On that page you’ll find a link to our application form with further instructions.

Regarding the time span for the application to be process, it generally takes less than a week to get a reply. The documentation, delay and process are the same for PRO (free) and for additional plugins (discounts).

Indeed there are a lot of customers using both plugins, but we don’t have a particular list of case studies of sites using them. Please do check the community events showcase, you’ll probably find a couple of sites using both. This is one of them → https://sportsguidemag.com/
