Hello Kari

Would you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and sharing any PHP errors you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket?

Once you share your WP_DEBUG findings, we may be able to get an idea of any hidden plugin or theme conflicts.

Please enable WP_DEBUG on your site. You’ll need to edit to your site’s wp-config.php file and change this line of code: define('WP_DEBUG', false); to this: define('WP_DEBUG', true);
(or add this line of code if you can’t find mention of ‘WP_DEBUG’ in your wp-config.php file)

If any errors do appear while navigating your site’s pages, please copy and paste them in their entirety into a new ticket reply — along with the URL of where you saw the error(s) — and make sure you set it as a Private reply.

Finally, please check for Javascript errors: Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors.

I do see some Javascript errors when I look at your events page.

Thanks
Courtney 🙂

I checked in with one my teammates about the Javascript errors I am seeing. It looks like your site is trying to reference a local install at 127.0.0.1. To help with this, can you go to Settings » Permalinks, and literally just hit save?

Thanks
Courtney 🙂

Again: It’s not possible for me to make a reply private.

The Permalink setting is saved again.

Enabling WP_Debug, I have to ask someone to do for me on the host system.

Checking the Javascript on my browser gave me this

There is definitely a Javascript error happening that seems to be the blocking point here. 🙁 Unfortunatley, that is beyond the Scope of Support / Terms.

I would suggest trying a fresh install of WordPress in a sub-directory and installing the same plugins/theme from scratch to see if the issue persists.

Do let me know if the wp-debug log shares any insights.

Thanks
Courtney 🙂
