    I’m using Disqus comments on one of our sites. I have comments enabled on the events plugin but the comment section isn’t showing. It says Comments Are Closed at the bottom of each event.

    I’m using the Avada WP theme. They have just added you plugin. So, I tried it out. I’d be interested in purchasing the Pro version if I could figure out the Commenting issue.

    How do I get Disqus comments working?

    Apologies for the delayed reply here!

    1. You mention this in your post:

    I have comments enabled on the events plugin

    How, specifically, did you enable comments?

    2. Do non-Disqus comments, i.e. the normal “built-in” WordPress comments work fine? (testing this will require deactivating Disqus, but just temporarily!)
