MemberHi Valery,
Just to clarify, are you creating the ticket in the page/post editor, or are you creating them directly in WooCommerce (via Products > Add New)?
The reason I ask is because creating tickets in WooCommerce will unfortunately not allow you to use the ticket in a page or post — instead, the tickets need to be created in the page/post editor of the page/post you are publishing.
Another thing to check is whether you have enabled Event Tickets Plus to work with pages and posts. If you head to the plugin settings, it will allow you to select which post types to allow tickets to be created (screenshot).
Thanks!

GuestHi Geoff,
I do creating it directly on the page/post. Selected the concerned page in pages menu and the scrol down till the menu to create a new ticket and add image to the ticket.
I did one in this page : http://www.pnl-lausanne.com/les-formations/micro-formations/pnl-premiers-pas/
As you can see nothing appear.
I did exactly the same on event page and it worked.
thx

MemberHi Valery,
Will you please take a screenshot of the ticket settings for the page you linked to above? I want to see how the ticket(s) are set up for that specific page in case something is off. Here’s an example of what I’m looking for.
Thanks so much!

MemberThat’s super helpful, thanks Valery!
I tried re-testing this on my site and it appears to work correctly. Here are the steps I took:
- Checked to make sure Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus were both installed and on the latest version.
- Enabled tickets on Pages in the ticket settings (screenshot)
- Created a new Page in WordPress and added a ticket to it (screenshot)
- Published the Page
- Viewed the page on the front end and confirmed the ticket was there (screenshot)
Does this sound consistent with the steps you’re taking for creating tickets on your page?
Before we dig too much deeper, we did just release a new update (version 4.1.3) to Event Tickets last night. Will you please update to that version and see if that helps with this issue? Once you do that, please head to Events > Settings > Help, copy the System Information at the bottom of the screen, and paste it here for me as a private reply. That will help me confirm you are on the latest versions and check a couple of other settings.
Thanks!

MemberHi Valery,
So sorry for this trouble! Your system information looks pretty clean and I’m still unsure why the tickets would not appear on your WordPress pages.
Just to confirm: will you please run through the steps outlined here to test for conflicts? This will help us determine if there is possibly an integration issue with Event Tickets Plus and another installed plugin, or perhaps the theme itself.
Let me know if the issue is still there when the site is running in those default conditions and we can go from there. 🙂
Thanks!

MemberHey Valery! I’m going to run this by some other folks on the team here to get a fresh perspective and will follow up with you after that.
In the meantime, would you be willing to disable all other non-Modern Tribe plugins and switch to a default theme on the test site? That will give us a fresh canvas to look at.
Thanks so much for your patience and help while we dig into this!
Geoff
