    Hi,
    I am using EC Pro and my display settings update on the live web page but do not appear on the back end.

    This means I have to enter all my preferences again every time I want to make a small change to the events page.

    Do you have an ETA for when this will be fixed? It is particularly dangerous for when I hand the site over to the client to self-manage because they may not remember to change all the settings.

    Also, I wasted a lot of time troubleshooting.

    Hi Jane. Sorry this is affecting you.

    Unfortunately, this is a current bug. ?

    I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

    (FYI: My best guess is that a fix will be released within 1-2 weeks.)

    P.S. You may want to check out this additional information for a possible (but risky) workaround.

    Just want to drop a quick note in here to let you know that The Events Calendar 4.2.1 is about to release any moment and it will include a patch for this issue. Please update and let us know if you continue to hit any trouble.
