Display date of the day for booking

Hi everyone
I’d like to let the possibility to my customer to book an event even if it’s on the same date.
For example, my event is schedule for a week, 3>12 may. Today we are on the 3d
But if my customers want to book for the evening (the 3d) well, the date disapear…

can you help me to find a solution ?
