Devsite/staging not working with Events Calendar Pro

    I just created a new staging site that is an exact copy of my production site. Everything is working perfectly except for The Events Calendar PRO. On my site if you click Events on the top menu it directs you to where it should but then the page only displays Screenshot of Output. Is there something I have to do in order to get this to work properly? I was creating this staging site to specifically work with The Calendars PRO and not affect the production site. This is not an issue on the production site and works perfectly, only happens on the staging site.

    Hi Martin. Thanks for the detailed question.

    Please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide on your staging site and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

    I see from your screenshot that you’re using the now-defunct Event Rocket plugin.

    I suggest you start by deactivating that one and see if things work for you at your-staging-site/events

    Hello, I have done what you suggested and checked the guide, no luck. I have also upgraded my account to a Business account in order to have it used in two locations just to make sure that wasn’t the problem and it’s still not recognizing the short code for the Events Calendar. Would you have any suggestions why it would stop recognizing and using the short code?

    [event_rocket_calendar] is not a shortcode from one of our plugins. I’m guessing it is part of — or used to be a part of — the 3rd party Event Rocket plugin, which is now abandoned/defunct.

    Please reference our documentation for all our shortcodes and our widgets and let me know if you need any follow-up help.

    Thank you very much, I misunderstood your suggestion the first time. I read it and was still associating the short code with your plugin. Sorry about that! I have figured it out, I appreciate your help and patience. Hope you have a great day! 🙂
