Development License.

Just wondering if you offer development licenses for testing purposes? I’m building a clients website and need to know if Community Tickets will do what we need it to do before purchasing.

I’m sorry to bear this news but unfortunately we do not have development/preview license option at this time. 🙁

The best thing we have in terms of license “trials” at this time is our 30-day refund policy. If you try out the licenses, and the products don’t meet your or your client’s needs, you can get a refund any time within 30 days of purchase by following the steps on this page: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.

Thanks for the prompt response.

That’s a shame, with the current exchange rate what it is I’d be looking at another $330+ just to test if it will work or not (Australian dollar isn’t doing too well). I’ve already purchased Community Events and Events Calendar Pro so that would put me around $700 down for testing purposes.

Are there any plans in the future for development licenses?

I’m sorry for the inconvenience of this. At this time there are no such plans because the nature of “licenses” and of premium file downloads makes it basically impossible to have “development licenses” or “trial licenses”.
