Deleted attendees showing for an event

    Hi,

    It appears all of our attendees for an event has been deleted and we cannot figure out why.

    I checked this article https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/deleted-attendees/, as per András neither we did step 1 nor we have any clean up plugin.

    • Somebody logged in and deleted the attendees by clicking on ‘delete’ on the attendee page
    • A clean-up / maintenance plugin is used on the site that automatically deletes old posts every once in a while

    Could you please suggest what may happen?

    Hello,

    I’m not aware of anything that would cause attendee records to be deleted outside of the possibilities that Andras mentioned…were you able to check your orders to see if you could find the order that these attendees matched to? Was that order refunded? Also, were all of these attendees from the same order?
