days in current month and mini calendar are off by one in 3.1

Yes. I’m having the same problem: Clicking from the main events list to the calendar view (/events/month/) the calendar displays the first of the month on today’s day of the week. If I navigate between months and come back to the current month (/events/2013-10/) it displays correctly. Any help or insight into figuring this out would be much appreciated. Thanks.
