ParticipantThis is a new one: http://boilercatholics.org/events/
Notice today is the 3rd, but it is Thursday, not Saturday. The next time this happens is 2015.
Thank you,
AnthonyOctober 3, 2013 at 4:16 pm #69106Leah
MemberHi Anthony,
I checked out your page and it’s looking great on my end (http://d.pr/i/MHRX). Were you able to fix this? Or are you still seeing it as the wrong date?

ParticipantUnfortunately, no. http://i42.tinypic.com/2q0ilit.png. However, I decided to start reloading the page, and about every 3rd time or so, the calendar would load correctly, and the rest like the picture attached.
Thank you,

MemberWow, that is definitely strange. I think the next step here is try to narrow things down a bit. Have you tried using different browsers? I’m curious if that makes a difference. Also, did you clear your browser’s cache?
Another thing to look for is a theme or plugin conflict. You can check for a theme conflict by reverting to the default Twenty Twelve theme and seeing if the issue persists. Similarly to check for a plugin conflict, you’d want to deactivate all plugins except for The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO. If the issue is gone, you can start adding the others back one by one until you find which one causes a problem.
Checking for theme, browser, and plugin conflicts will help us narrow down the possibilities and hopefully get this all squared away for you.

I’m having the same problem (today is Oct 5th which should be a Saturday, not a Wednesday). I’m not seeing it display correctly after repeated refreshes either. I saw your original link (http://boilercatholics.org/events/) and it seems to be fixed now. Can you tell me what you did? Thanks.

ParticipantThis problem is being exhibited on your own demo site, wpshindig.com, as well. It is not a theme or browser conflict, as numerous people are seeing it on a variety of sites.

ParticipantI’m just writing to see if any progress has been made on this issue.
Thank you,

MemberThank you for the continued reports guys. We now have 5+ examples of this happening, which will hopefully help us diagnose it sooner. We are prioritizing some kind of fix (whether a snipper or a hotfix) since we realize this is a real show-stopper for users!
I will continue to post updates here as we make progress. If you guys find anything that could be helpful, please let us know.
Sunilk, can you tell me what version of the plugin you’re running? (And anyone else, if you’re not up-to-date with Events 3.1).
Thank you all for your patience while we look into this further!

ParticipantI am using 3.1. Please make sure that this fix is not tied to your monthly maintenance release schedule. It can’t wait that long.

ParticipantHad to launch today, so I rolled back to 3.0.3 and 3.0.5 and the problem is not present in that combination (just in case confirmation is needed).

ParticipantYes. I’m using version of 3.1 of The Events Calendar and TEC Pro. But I my client needs this calendar fixed so I will be rolling back to the previous version of Pro until this has been resolved. Let me know if you need any other info from me. Thanks.

MemberHi everyone: we’re working on this and hope to push out a fix – whether a snippet or patch, or by releasing a hotfix, as soon as we can. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience in the meantime.

MemberHi folks, thanks again for your patience here. We’ve identified this problem and have a temporary fix available for you here. A more permanent release will be included in an upcoming maintenance release.

ParticipantWith the snippet in functions.php on my sandbox site, the mini-calendar widget is still exhibiting the same error.

ParticipantPerhaps I should clarify: the error is still present when the mini calendar widget is displayed alongside the full-size calendar.
