    We are running the latest versions of WordPress, the Events Calendar & the Events Calendar Pro.

    Display of the calendar settings is not normal in the admin panel, and the pro features are not working. Specifically, the pop-up date picker does not appear, so we cannot create recurring events.

    I have uninstalled Pro and installed the latest version — but same issues show up.

    I also have tried activating Pro network-wide and activating it only on the sites using it. Same issues show up.

    I’m sorry you are having that issue. Let me help you troubleshoot that.

    This might be related to a JavaScript conflict with other theme or plugin. So, could you please see if there are any console errors by inspecting that page? Here is an article on how you can do that > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-google-chrome-developer-tools/

    If there are any errors, please share those with us by sending us a screenshot of them.

    Thank you for sending out the screenshot.

    There seems to be a JavaScript conflict of some sort, but I cannot specify where it is coming from. I could not reproduce the issue on my local installation, so this could be related to a plugin or theme conflict, so could you please go through the complete steps in this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let us know what you can find in the process?
