GuestI wanted to touch base about my situation to see if your calendar/product can help me. Currently we use a calendar that was created by Refresh Development called Helios. While it has worked great since we started with it almost 6 years ago it stopped being supported and we are finding it increasing problematic. We are both web site and print magazine focused on connecting our community with events and we don’t want to change our model of supplying some of our events in print and we NEED a replacement that allows us the ability to convert the event data to that format easily. I would be happy to share how our CVS file comes to us so you can see it. It is created in the back office side of the website. We can select date ranges, format, types of events based on categories (though we pull them all down) and it breaks it out all very nicely in single cells that we can then convert to a usable layout via a mail merge type process to MS Word before we lay it in with Adobe InDesign for the final layout.
I LOVE many of the features in your product but not being able to convert it to a format we can use to pull into our print magazine would prevent us from switching to your product. Please advise, thank you!!

KeymasterHello Robert and thanks for reaching out to us!
There is no out-of-the-box export to csv solution in our plugins at the moment. You can export to an ICS file, though I don’t know if that would help you.
There are some external plugins that could help you achieve what you want. I recommend you first this thread, which has some recommendations and it seems to have worked.
I believe it also shouldn’t be too difficult to develop a dedicated plugin for this. Though custom developments like this our beyond the scope of our support, I can share with you a list of freelancers, known names in the community, who should be able to help you out, and who have to affiliation with us:

Please, let me know if this helps you or if you have any other questions.
Cheers,
