Custom Ticket Fields Not Showing

Hi there,

I want to collect the phone number as well as contact name and email on RSVPs and I can’t get the field to display. Attached are the settings for the ticket and then the resulting display on the event page. Can you help?

Secondly, could you tell me if there is a /tribe-events/ folder in your WordPress theme or child theme’s files ?
