With Event Tickets Plus, you can add custom fields (text, radio, checkbox, and dropdown) to RSVPs (free) and paid tickets. You can add RSVPs and tickets to events that span multiple days (like a 4 week course), but note that RSVPs and tickets are not supported for recurring events. For example, if you had an event that repeated every Monday, you technically could add tickets to the recurring event, but it would be the same ticket/RSVP on each event in the series (if a customer added this ticket for 2 different days, they would get 1 ticket in their cart with a quantity of 2).
You can customize emails by following our themer’s guide, which which is also where you would change who the emails are sent to, or by adding a plugin extension. Some emails, like the order confirmation, come from WooCommerce and have a different method to customize the templates.
