Custom fields on csv import?

hi there,
1. After reading thru your csv import docs. I notice the absence of some fields such as price, recurring dates,

exception dates that are part of an event. Are these included in the import?

1. Is it possible to add fields or create custom fields for import in the CSV file such as?
   • note/s
   • register here URL
   • registration closed after a specific date
   • Subtitle
   • Description
   • pricing table
   • an image

• featured image

3. Is it possible to import events with different categories in an import? The example shows choosing a single category per import.

1. How is formatting handled? Could a css class be added to each field that is imported?

2. As I understand it, we would not need the Aggregator since we do not have to schedule imports. Is this right?

Note: We will probably need to import events 2-4 times /yr. and the number of events are under 20 at a time.

Yes, any fields added using the Additional Fields feature of Events Calendar PRO will be made available for subsequent CSV imports. For more information on using custom fields with your CSV files, check out the following section of our CSV documentation: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/#additional-fields

And yes, you can import events with different categories.  You do have the option to choose a single category to import events into, however you do not have to use that functionality if you don’t want to.

If you are only interested in CSV imports, and would not need scheduled imports, then you would not need to purchase Event Aggregator in addition to Events Calendar PRO.
