Current Month Events

HI,

In my website i am unable to see the current events as first in the upcoming events widgets, instead of it is showing the upcoming events based on the start and end events dates. Pleasee help me on this.

First, could you please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ ? We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.

That looks like it could be a theme conflict somehow. I see you have tried the following:

• Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
• Switched to a default theme? No

Did you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?

If you see no difference in those conditions, then we’ll need to do some deeper troubleshooting.

I can see you are using an older version of WordPress 4.8.5. Please try updating to the latest version of WordPress and see if any difference. Also, make sure you update to the latest version of The Events Calendar 4.6.13. Remember you can always download our plugins from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/

We always suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out and make all plugins, theme and WordPress core updates without disrupting the live site.

Were you able to switch to a default theme, like twenty seventeen, to see if any difference?

Just to confirm, could you please let me know the shortcodes you are using to display the upcoming events on your homepage?
