ParticipantSame error as Pauline and that caused me to purchase another package to convert to .ics. Problem is that the import of the .ics files DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY EITHER as I have addressed mistakenly under the Pre-Sales Questions. The problem with the .ics import is not from the conversion of the third party as he checked everything out on his side and I can import into Outlook without any problems. I have received no response on the problem with the two files I sent on the other forum.

ParticipantHey I got mine to work! Try this:

ParticipantThank you Pauline. I’ll hold that as a last resort as there appears to be a problem in the .ics files that George is checking. Interesting BTW, that the private reply setting is showing up on this thread, but not showing up on my own.

ModeratorHello to the both of you 🙂
@Pauline, thank you for assisting here! You nailed it and saved me a step, so thanks again!
@Stanley, can you please try adding the line mentioned in the article Pauline linked to and see if you’re able to upload .csv files? This issue is actually from WordPress itself rather than any of our plugins. Please ensure you also review the Testing for conflicts guide to rule out the potential for a theme and/or plugin conflict.
Thank you and have a wonderful rest of your day. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Stanley,
You’ll actually need to add the line to your site’s wp-config.php file which is located in your main WordPress folder. Let me know if you’re able to get the .csv files uploaded and have good afternoon 🙂

ParticipantHunter:
Since I do not have access to the WP config file on the server, I will have to wait for the service provider to do it when she has time. Thanks. However, the problem still exists with the .ics file that George is trying to resolve.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
