ParticipantI have Events Pro & Filter installed. The filter div shows but none of the tags, venues, or organisers show. You can see the effect here: http://www.ascendaero.com/events/
When I switch to the Twenty Fifteen theme it works fine.

MemberGood evening Ciaran and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the issue you have been experiencing.
We will gladly try to assist you on this topic.Based on the information you have provided, I would also try deactivating the Event Rocket plugin to see if that makes any difference.
The reason I am saying this is because although it could still work, this plugin is no longer supported since version 4.0 of the Events Calendar. In fact, it has been the known cause of some odd behaviour for some of our users.
Secondly, it looks like your theme might contain some template customizations as explained in our Themer’s guide. To make a long story short, can you take a look at your theme’s folder and look for a folder called tribe-events.
If there is such a folder, try temporarily renaming it and make sure you comment out any related function calls in your functions.php file. This will allow us to establish if the theme itself is incompatible or if, on the other hand, the issue is caused by some template customization.
Let me know how that goes,
Have a great day!

ParticipantI’ve deactivated the Event Rocket plugin but that makes no difference.
I haven’t customised any part of the Event Calendar plugin or the Minimalix theme and there’s no folder called tribe-events anywhere within ./wp-content/themes
There are no function calls in functions.php that are related to Tribe Events.

MemberGood evening Ciaran,
Thank you for running the tests.
I’m sorry to hear that you weren’t successful.Could you also please go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
Based on a quick investigation of your website, there seems to be some issues with some of the Javascript loading, mainly from the google tag manager plugin (as you can see in the Google Chrome console). So it is very likely that by deactivating all the plugins, you will find that there might be one that interferes with your WordPress theme.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

1. Events Calendar
2. Events Calendar Pro
3. Events Filter
4. Common Forms 7
5. Woo CommerceBut I still have the same problem.

It looks like you have solved the issue on your website (I just visited again).
Can you confirm that this is the case ?
Could it be caused by our latest updates ?Have a great day!

ParticipantHi,
Yes I have resolved the issue. The problem was with the h3.tribe-events-filters-group-heading css rule.
