    With events calendar pro activated, Divi always shows the same message (attached, see snapshot) and i cant manage my content. the message disappears when i disable the plugin pro. Please need help. always i have all plugins and themes updated.

    I’m sorry to hear about this, @NSTOR!

    You mention a screenshot you posted, but unfortunately it doesn’t look like the image was successfully posted.

    Can you try again to share screenshots of the error message, and any other aspects of this issue you think are relevant? You can do so by uploading the screenshots to this thread. If you have issues with that, you can upload to Imgur.com, Flickr.com, CloudUp.com, or any similar image-hosting site; then just share the links to those images here and I’ll take a look.


    Next, can you upload your copy of the DIVI theme—and any child themes you might be using—to a site like Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. And then share a public download link here so that I can download your theme files and take a look at those?

    No other users of Divi have reported the error message in the screenshot you share in your zip files, so I will need to take some time to investigate this and tinker with the files you shared. Stay tuned to this thread for updates.

    In the meantime, please contact the Divi support team and report this to them. They may have insight into why their theme is failing to load here.

    Hi NSTOR,

    I took a look at your theme and child theme and tested it locally with our plugins on a clean install. So far all was working as expected and no error messages.

    This error usually appears with Divi when there is either a plugin conflict of some sort, or if there are not enough resources / memory available. In cases the more plugins you have the more memory is needed for the wp admin to run smoothly.

    As a first step it would be great if you could run a test for conflicts following our guide. This can help us discover issues caused by other plugins.

    It can happen that you will not find any specific plugin to cause the conflict. E.g. you deactivate Gravity Forms and the addons, then all works fine. Activate it again. Then the issue is there.

    Then deactivate Jetpack, Monarch and Bloom and issue is gone again …

    This can be the sign of not having enough resources.

    Let us know what you find and we’ll take it further from there.
