GuestI was wondering about the specific functionality of the Community Tickets and the Community Events plugins. I already have Events PRO and Tickets PRO installed and I’d maybe like to integrate the Community plugins as well. I’m looking for a solution where I can give both organizers and admins (management) frontend access to the events that have been created. I’d need the organizers to be able to see the events that they’re the organizer for (which were created by a different, admin account). I’d thought I’d create different user roles for both of these. Would the organizers be able to have access to only their events even if they haven’t created them?
I’d need management to be able to see everything, along with some extra data. I saw the columns for every event on the frontend overview page and I was wondering if we can show number of attendees, event/order ID, and ticket price in columns as well? Maybe instead of Start/End date. And can we add columns to the event overview page as well, such as customer phone number? And would it be possible for the organizer to email all of the attendees from this page?I understand that these things would be customizations and we could do these ourselves. I’m mostly just wondering if these things are even possible.

MemberHi Lizette,
Thanks so much for stopping by–we’re glad to hear that you’re considering adding Community Events and Community Tickets to your existing plugin lineup! Based on your stated needs here, it sounds like you should be able to achieve at least some partĀ of what you’re seeking with some degree of customization, including adding contentĀ to front-end pages for administrators only. (Our Themer’s Guide is a great place to start learning how to modify our plugins’ templates.) Some other requests, such as the ability to grant Community Events users access to events that were created by other users, may be significantly more challenging to implement (enough so that I can’t guarantee that it’s possible). It may be worth taking advantage of our 30-day return period to purchase any additional plugins you might need and begin work on customizations–should you find that you’re not able to achieve the desired functionality, we’d be more than glad to refund your purchases.
I’m sorry that I can’t be of more assistance here, but I hope that helps to give you an idea of what’s more likely to be possible! Thanks again for taking the time to reach out, and let us know if you should have any other questions!
