ParticipantHello,
I’m selling tickets using EDD for payments and noticed a couple of issues with attendees list.
1. The ticket sales are not shown in seller’s dashboard
2. There are a few tickets marked as deleted
3. The total number of sold tickets does not match the number of orders displayed in the table
4. Clicking on the order # redirects me to the same page (attendees) instead of displaying the order detailsPlease see this screenshot for more details: https://cloudup.com/cns9KwuJMUH
Thanks for your help.

ModeratorHey Mason,
Sorry to hear about the troubles. In regards to questions 1, 2, and 4, can you confirm if they still occur when reverting back to the default WP theme and deactivate all other plugins other than ours as outlined in the Testing for conflicts?
I did a bit of investigating and it appears we are working on support functionality for global stock when using EDD. I can’t give you a date on when that feature will be released, but stay tuned to your WP-admin and theeventscalendar.com/blog for more info.
Keep me updated with the status of the other issues. If you are still experiencing troubles, send over your System Information as a private reply.
Thanks for reaching out and I look forward to getting this solved. Have a great week 🙂

ParticipantHey there,
Thanks for your reply Hunter.
I did what you suggested and it turned out that there is an issue when EDD commission is applied to a ticket, it will be counted as deleted and not displayed in the attendees report at all. Is there a way to fix this?I was under the impression that Community Tickets is fully compatible with WPML, is this the case?

ModeratorHey Mason,
Thanks for the update. Glad to hear we’re headed in the right direction. Unfortunately, we only guarantee WPML compatibility with ECP (free) and the PRO versions. I truly apologize if you were under the impression Community Tickets is included in this. If you have any links to documentation stating the contrary, please send those over so we can update accordingly.
As mentioned, we do have plans to support global stock for EDD, so hang tight while we get that worked out and into the wild. Thanks for working with me on the issue and enjoy your Thursday.

ParticipantHey Hunter,
Thanks for the clarification.
These were 2 main reasons for which I purchased this plugin in the first place. I prefer to request a refund now and re-purchase this plugin when these are sorted out.April 1, 2016 at 9:35 am #1097108Hunter
ModeratorMason,
We strive to deliver a product that works for everyone, but realize we can’t please everybody (yet!) Thanks for giving our plugins a shot and if the idea for WPML compatibility hasn’t already been added, feel free to submit it via our UserVoice Feature Ideas.
To request a refund, simply fill out the form found on our Contact page and we’d be glad to get that finished for you.
Again, thanks for the patience and understanding exercised on your end and we look forward to seeing you around the forums in the near future 🙂
