ParticipantHello, All –
My Event Submission form is a little messed up!
https://prnt.sc/gztf82
https://prnt.sc/gztgceThe fields are contracted and/or no-longer inline.
I’ve been through the CSS code and none of the fields or tables are being influenced by other code.
Can you help?
Antar
PS. The theme used is GeneratePress

MemberHi Antar!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me help you with this issue.
Besides the look of the form, does the form work properly?
Could you please see if there are any console errors by inspecting the page? We have an article that explains how to do that here > <u>https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-google-chrome-developer-tools/</u>
Also, this could be related to a minification problem. Are you minifying our plugins scripts/styles? If so, try disabling the minification and see if anything changes. Here’s a good article that explains the minification problem with our plugins > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/problems-with-minification/
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi, Victor –
Thanks for your support. The form works fine – it just looks awful! I am using WP Rocket which does have minification. Are there a list of specific CSS files that I should not minify?
Thanks,
Antar

ParticipantHi, Victor –
I added the code and cleared the cache. Unfortunately it has not made any difference! It’s still a mess.
Could you please take a look.

MemberHi Antar,
I’m sorry it didn’t work for you.
I can’t see the add event form because I don’t have permission to do so.
Have you tried switching to a default theme and see if any changes? If you see no changes, then please try testing for conflicts so we can make sure we are not dealing with a theme/plugin conflicts > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
We suggest you setup a dev/staging site so you can make all these tests without disrupting the live site. We also encourage to make a full <u>backup</u> of your site, both database and files so in case something goes wrong you can always restore your site.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks,
