ParticipantWhen ECP Community Events add-on is activated at the same time as Jetpack: Sharing, I get the following error across the top of the /events/community pages:
Warning: Missing argument 2 for WP_Router_Page::get_title() in /home/rotarycentrefort/public_html/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar-community-events/vendor/wp-router/WP_Router_Page.class.php on line 144
Is there a way to resolve this?
Thanks

ParticipantHey @Graphic,
Just to be 100% clear on this, if you do nothing else on your site but deactivate Jetpack, does this error go away?
Just want to be certain about the nature of this bug, because I currently don’t see this error but can do some more focused testing based on your confirmation.
Also, can you share your System Information with us as described here? → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thank you!

ParticipantI really appreciate your patience and all of the information you’ve provided here – it seems like there is, in fact, a bug 🙁
There’s unfortunately nothing we can do in terms of a code-level fix for this for now – not until the next update of the plugin at the earliest. But stay tuned to such updates, if we are able to get a fix in place it will be noted in the release notes…
If you’re able to test this, one more confirmation of things might be helpful here: namely that if you take a look at your site, does simply turning off just the Jetpack Sharing module resolve things? So that, in other words, Jetpack is activated and all that; but the sharing module specifically is not. How do things behave in this configuration?
Thanks!

ParticipantHi George,
Yes, turning off just the Jetpack Sharing module resolves things, with the other parts of Jetpack still activated.
To clarify:
Jetpack activated / Jetpack Sharing activated: warning message appears
Jetpack activated / Jetpack Sharing deactivated: no warning (resolved)Hope this makes sense. If you need further details, let me know.
I’ll keep an eye out for the update, thanks.

ParticipantThank you for clarifying things here and for the detailed exchange @Graphic – I’m sorry about seeking so much clarification!
I’ve made a high-priority bug ticket for this so hopefully we can resolve this in one of our upcoming updates.
Stay tuned!

ParticipantHey @Graphic,
Sorry to re-open this issue – I was wondering if you happen to still have these issues now with The Events Calendar’s set of 4.0 updates. Community Events is now at 4.0, too – and I can no longer recreate this error with Jetpack Sharing enabled.
Hoping you see my new reply here via email or something – no worries if that doesn’t happen. Just curious about the status of this issue on your site.
Cheers,

ParticipantHi George,
I haven’t looked at this for awhile, but the warning doesn’t show. Must have resolved with the updates.
Thanks!

ParticipantGlad to hear it, @Graphic! Thanks for the update 🙂 I’ll close up this thread for now, then, but don’t hesitate to open a new thread any time if other issues arise.
