    Hi Thomas,

    Sorry to hear you’ve hit up against some difficulties.

    You didn’t share your system information so I’m not completely sure if this is right, but it certainly looks as if you are using The Events Calendar 3.11.2 alongside Community Events 3.9.1.

    This isn’t actually advised (you should see an appropriate warning on the plugin admin screen) and you’d really need to update Community Events to our latest release.

    On that note … it doesn’t look as if you currently have a valid Community Events license. Can you confirm the status of that? If you purchased it using a different account, please login with that account instead ๐Ÿ™‚

    I’m confused, I have the latest versions?

    What are the latest versions to be sure. I’m on:

    The Events Calendar Version 3.11.2
    The Events Calendar: Community Events Version 3.9.1
    The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets Version 3.11

    I see, I had to upgrade community events plugin.

    OK so it works however it does not work with users with “sellers” status via Donken.

    Any advice?

    I’m not quite sure what you mean: if this is a separate problem it is probably best to create a new support topic in any case – and be sure to provide a little more detail on the nature of the problem and where we should look to see it.
