Hi, we run a festival where members of the public and organisations can register an event. Some organisations will register up to 20 events. The festival site will only be used as a calendar for registered events. Tickets for community events will not be purchased through the site.
My question is can people be charged for registering an event. The charge would also vary depending on the type of person or organisation registering for an event. e.g. person or charity $5.00, government or commercial organisation $10.00.
Also, can members of the website create events without having enter the organiser details for each event? This would be handy as some organisations will be registering up to 20 events.
Kind Regards

Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
You might also be able to accomplish this via a membership pluginĀ (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us) by controlling access to the New Event form via their functionality.
I feel like I’ve seen such functionality requested before, but I didn’t find an existing feature request atĀ our plugins’ UserVoice page. You could add a new idea there if you’d like.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
