    Hello,

    Today, I purchased, installed, and activated the Events Calendar Pro plugin. After installing and activating the free Events Calendar plugin, I still get the common error message in IMG1, which is attached. I have uninstalled and installed multiple times and nothing works.

    I am prompted to update WordPress to 4.5….can this be the issue?

    Sorry to see this! I don’t have the behavior—can you share your whole System Information to help us investigate?

    I’ll look through it; I know you mention versions of things on your site, but the full un-edited version of the system information has lots of other important information that could be relevant here.

    Thanks for this information!

    I am still not able to recreate the issues here, and so I’m wondering if perhaps a copy of these plugins is corrupted or something which is causing that error.

    To test for this, do you notice any improvement if you DELETE the existing versions of The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro off of your site? (This will not delete any event information).

    Once deleted, download a fresh copy of The Events Calendar from here → http://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar

    Then download a fresh copy of Events Calendar Pro from here → http://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads

    Install those freshly on the site and see if anything improves here; let me know if this helps!
