Collecting one attendee information for multiple tickets

Can we have the option that admin can specify while creating ticket either user has to fill form for all attendees or to fill just one form for all attendees

The scenario is admin wants to take control of the thing that user can buy multiple tickets by giving just one attendee information or admin can also set that attendee form should be populated for all.
How we can add this option while creating ticket? because currently there is option that either to request all attendee information or either don’t get any attendee information

Unfortunately there is not an out of the box way to add in this option; doing so would require some customization. If you’d like to give it a shot, our themer’s guide is the place to start. We also have a list of recommended developers if you’d like to have the code done for you.
