Changing the location of the tickets on a page with a shortcode

I do not see “[events_tickets_form] shortcode” as an option when I view the options at Events > Settings > Tickets > Location of tickets form.

I see Post, Page, Project, Calendar.

I’m not using TEC, only ETP.

Thanks for reaching out!

The shortcode actually only works with events pages, which are a part of TEC. Sorry for the bad news there!

If you want to change the ticket location on other post types (posts, pages, projects, etc.), then you would need to do a customization. Our themer’s guide is the best place to start if you’d like to give this a shot!

If you do decide to go with TEC, you should see the option appear after TEC has been installed and activated. I’m sorry I don’t have a better answer for you here, but please let me know if you have any other questions.
