ParticipantI have had to reschedule an event and consequently, wish to change/extend the expiration date for the period that tickets are on sale. I use event ticket plus with woo commerce, and I think the dates of the sales period are tied up in the woo commerce product, but cannot find the relevant fields to edit. Any advice?

ParticipantHey Anna,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
If you go back to the event (or post or page) where you originally created the ticket, you should see the ticket box with the related tickets. If you hover over the ticket that you would like to change the end sale date on and click the “edit” button, you’ll be able to edit and save the end sale date for the ticket (https://cloudup.com/c2BcslIGVbn)
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantThanks for getting back to me so quickly Josh. So perhaps I’ve got a secondary problem here, as that edit link doesn’t activate any new dialogue box or anything. I click on it and nothing happens. I had always assumed that it didn’t work because I select to create tickets with Woo Commerce, so the ‘edit in woocommerce’ link works fine. Let me know if it help if I gave you access to my WP install.

ParticipantHey Anna,
Thanks for following up here!
It sounds like you may have a javascript error on your post edit screen if nothing happens when clicking that link.
If you take a look at the console (pick your browser for instructions here), do you see any errors displaying there when clicking the link?
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Anna,
Looks like there could be a general conflict between WordPress and another plugin on your site. Based on the error, I would assume it were one of the SEO plugins, possibly the “Basic SEO Pack” plugin. You can try deactivating that plugin to see if the javascript errors persist on your site.
If that doesn’t work, you can try following the full Testing for Conflicts procedures to see what other plugin may be causing the issue here.
Let me know if this reveals anything.
Thanks!
