ParticipantI use woocommerce bookings for some products on my site. I use the tickets plugin for tickets sales on the site.’
Presently, when one makes a booking or buys a ticket they are taken to the same form. I need to have a different form for bookings, where I require more info, than from a ticket buyer.
How can I accomplish that?
Thanks.

KeymasterHi Robert,
Thanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to help you out with this.
First, can you please clarify what you mean by a booking vs buying a ticket? Are you referring to RSVPs vs paid tickets? If so, these should display in separate sections by default, but paid tickets are actually a feature of Event Tickets Plus. With RSVPs and tickets, you can add custom fields to each ticket (the same fields or separate ones) with the custom fields feature that comes with Event Tickets Plus.
Can you please send me a link to an event page so that I can take a look and see what you currently have set up?
Thanks,
Jennifer

ParticipantLet me clarify. The venue site offers bookings for group events on the site. We use woocommerce bookings to accomplish this. Once an event is booked, it is placed on the event calendar and tickets are sold.
In checking out using the woocommerce checkout cart the group event info is requested before event confirmation. We confirm the event and then add the event to event the calendar.
In checking out using checkout cart for tickets the same checkout cart page is shown. Of course, this requests information for the booking from the group that is both not necessary and not known to the ticket purchaser.
Essentially, when they go to the cart checkout the bookers need to provide different information from the ticket purchasers. Trying to understand if there is a way to use different checkout form for the two different products (booking and buying tickets).
Thanks.

KeymasterHi Robert,
Thanks for clarifying! I’m not familiar with the WooCommerce bookings plugin, but I believe you would either need to do a customization or use a third-party plugin (I did a quick search and found this one) to get different forms for different products at checkout. There is nothing built into our plugins that would provide the ability to use different checkout forms for tickets, but tickets are essentially WooCommerce simple products, so they should work the same way as traditional products that you would create through the WooCommerce plugin.
I’m sorry I don’t have a better answer for you, but if you have any other questions, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer
