Capacity showing instead of availability

    Hi, on the events list it’s showing the events capacity instead of the current availability,

    Is this a bug or is there an option for this in the settings?
    please advise.

    Hi there!

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having problems with the ticket stock displaying correctly. I will try to help get this sorted.

    Can you provide a few more screenshots?

    * What do you have set for Events > Settings > Tickets > “Stock Handling” ?
    * For the event in question, can you show me the “attendees” admin page? Are the ticket purchases marked as “complete?”

    Also, is there more than one ticket created for this event? If so, is the ticket stock sharing capacity?

    Sorry for the delay, for a while we though’t we’d fixed it.

    Please see the two screens attached. The event has 8 tickets in total. One has been purchased and the attendee has been checked in.

    The book class page is showing 8 tickets available. here: https://weewobblers.co.uk/book-class/

    But the event page it’s shows 7 area available which is correct: https://www.weewobblers.co.uk/event/test/

    Hi again,

    Thank you for the additional information and screenshots.

    There’s a few things we should check. First, can you update to the latest versions of all of our plugins? There was a round of updates released yesterday. Please note that to avoid seeing any errors in the process, update The Events Calendar first, before updating the premium plugins.

    If updating doesn’t change anything, the next thing I would check is to see if there are any theme or plugin conflicts happening. You can check this by going through the steps in our Testing for Conflicts Guide.

    I would retry creating and purchasing a ticket while in the troubleshooting configuration above.

    If the problem still occurs with the Twenty Seventeen theme enabled and all other plugins disabled, we can investigate further.

    Please let me know how it goes after trying these two things.
