ParticipantHey guys,
We had a ticket open in the pre-sale section. We were told since we had already purchased the PRO version, that we’d need to log in and drop a ticket here.
We are unable to upload images to the wordpress media when we have Events Calendar activated. When we try to add an image we get an HTTP error. The images will go through to the media, but nothing will load. We have tried several options. We did a fresh wordpress install, we’ve manually deactivated, removed and re-installed the Event Calendar plugin, we’ve deactivated all plugins to see if their is a plugin that is conflicting. The only way we are able to upload images is by deactivating the Events Calendar plugin. We do have a license key and are activated to the pro version. We are using the Forgiven Theme Version 2.2.1. We know Forgiven is compatible with this plugin. The server the site is living on is using php 5.4.45
After searching through the error log, we’ve found this error: PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare Tribe_ECP_Load() (previously declared in /home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/events-calendar-pro.php:35) in /home/xxxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/events-calendar-pro.php on line 61
At this point we feel like we’ve exhausted all options. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Let me know if there is any other information we can give you to help
Thanks

MemberGood evening Sherry and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the image upload functionality not working properly on your site when the Events Calendar is activated. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Secondly, could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Hang in there!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
