I am having a hard time updating the band name or the ticket price for existing shows. The update button just spins and does not update. I realized there was a plugin update available for the Event Calendar PRO Version, as I am running Event Calendar PRO Version 2.0.10. BUT, when I go to Settings > Licenses I get the following message: “Sorry, this key is out of installs.”

When I log into the tribe website & go to check out my License Key, I noticed that my site url is listing my old dev site (sitzmark.pdxlivemusic.com) and not the new/live url (http://www.thesitzmark.com). Is this causing the out of installs message? How do I update the site url to the proper URL (http://www.thesitzmark.com) ?
I need to make sure I don’t have any downtime, so I wanted to ask here before I start making changes.
Will the newest version of the Event Calendar PRO solve my problem? Updating to the proper URL? A combination of the two?

January 25, 2013 at 5:36 am #31578BarryMemberIf you still have access to the old dev site then you could deactivate the key there and then reactivate on your new site.
If that isn’t a possibility, either because you no longer control the old domain or because the actual installation has been wiped, then can I ask you to email us (actually, email my colleague Leah: [email protected]) and briefly explain that you need your key to be reset. If you could link back to this thread in your email that will also save a little time.

January 25, 2013 at 10:50 am #31605BarryMemberHmm, possibly then you’ll have to try unregistering here first (My Account > License Keys > Unregister) then try registering again from there.
