We’re using Events Calendar Pro with Events Tickets Plus and Easy Digital Downloads as the shopping cart.
When we create a ticket, we can see and set the ticket start and end date. When we later edit the ticket (in Easy Digital Downloads), the ticket start and end date are no longer visible. We recently ran into a major problem with an event that people could not sign up for that turned out the be caused by a ticket with an end date in the past that we could not see because the fields were not editable.
Can you replicate this and if so, can you suggest a workaround?
