Since 3 weeks I’m not able to create tickets for events. If I try it, I get the success notice, but no ticket is there – not in the backend nor the frontend.
If an event has a ticket from the time before, this old one works, but I can’t add new ones. For a new event nothing works.
I don’t get any errors in the javascript console as well.
Hey there, macro! Welcome to the forums and sorry f0r the trouble here with tickets.
Do you happen to be using a plugin for multilingual support? If so, are you able to try switching that off and see if the problem with tickets is still there?
At the very least, it would be great if you could run through these troubleshooting steps so we can find any other possible conflicts.
