Can't install my extension but i already have it ??

Hello! Just renewed my licence of event calendar PRO. (it was expired by 1 year)
At least, last week i check-up “the event calendar” extension and it was activated. But now, and since i renewed my licence they ask me too install the event calendar and it disapear in my menu of extensions.
BUT when i try to install this, they said destination folder already exists, but i cant see it..
I search in my “wp-admin content” with FileZilla but i dont see anything..
And because i havent The Event Calendar activate i think it doesn’t help if i activate and deactivate all my extesion or if i change my theme..
Please help me! (Im a beginer and i doesn’t create this site)

As a first step, can you try to download the plugins manually via the following tutorial?
