On your Events Import page, when I select ICS file as the Import Origin, it allows me to select a file, but then clicking Upload does nothing but return me to the selection page. I can’t tell if it’s actually uploaded it. It lists the selected file next to the Upload button, but the only options on the screen after selecting the file are Preview and Cancel – and when I choose Preview, it says “Your Preview doesn’t have any records to import.” So it seems like the Upload button isn’t working? Any help is appreciated.
Thank you for posting to our forums and welcome back. It sounds like the files aren’t actually being uploaded. To rule out a theme and/or plugin conflict, can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings?
