Cant get rid of the symbol | in the header title Upcoming Events

Hi there,

I dont know what happens but the eventpage is showing the header title Upcoming Events including the symbol |
I tried to search and I changed the title in Dutch ‘Toekomstige Evenementen’ but the symbol | still comes back.
Is there a way to get rid of this?
