Can't Find Where to Review/Edit Attendees

    I have an event that lists 11 tickets sold, but 2 of the 11 appear to be “Awaiting Review”. I am on the attendee list, but I can’t see any statuses of “Awaiting Review” to distinguish some attendees from others. I also do not see an option to “confirm” or “approve” them.

    How can I see which two are awaiting my review, and how do I approve those?

    Could you please send me a screenshot of each of this event’s tickets? In other words, if you have 3 tickets for this 1 event, please send me 3 screenshots, one for each ticket edit form.

    So it looks to me like your report shows 16 sold and 13 complete… but I counted 16 sold and only 12 complete. Do you agree?

    I don’t see anything odd about the 2 EDD tickets that you created.

    We have seen issues in the past where counts get inaccurate, but I believe all those have been fixed.

    Are you experiencing miscounts with other events as well?

    Was this event created a while ago, possibly already had an incorrect count going, did one or more updates for Event Tickets and/or Event Tickets Plus, and then the correct counting going forward inherited the incorrect existing count from before doing the plugin updates?

    Ah, actually I did find a more closely-related bug that’s still open — and, thankfully, scheduled for release later this month.

    I marked this thread as Pending Fix, which means it should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.

    I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

    Hopefully, once it’s fixed, the counts will be more accurate… but please do assure your client that the actual data within EDD and within the Attendees Table (not the summary information) should definitely be 100% accurate (i.e. 16 sold and 12 complete is actually correct).
