Thanks for reaching out! The filters are actually a feature of Filter Bar, not Events Calendar Pro. It looks like you actually already have a license for Filter Bar, so you should be able to install it from the Downloads page. Let me know if you’re not able to do so or if you have any questions on getting it up and running!
You are also entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase – if you don’t need Pro, you can fill out the form on this page, and we’ll process the refund for you.
