Cant edit a ticket in the backend

Hi

I am having the same issue as the ticket

Problem with Tickets

Basically clicking either the title of the ticket or edit does nothing
The screen fades as though it’s about to do something but then nothing happens
There are no javascript errors

I can delete fine

I have reverted to the core set of plugins needed

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

I am not able to reproduce the error on my test sites.

Is this a multisite installation?

Also, did you try changing themes and seeing if that helps.

Same problem and errors for me too using WooCommerce. It seems to be related to code snippet “move front-end ticket purchase form” I’m using.

Easy fix by commenting/deleting these lines in your theme’s function.php file.

‘Tribe__Tickets_Plus__Commerce__EDD__Main’,
‘Tribe__Tickets_Plus__Commerce__Shopp__Main’,
‘Tribe__Tickets_Plus__Commerce__WPEC__Main’

Hi Sean,

Glad the other thread helped out.

I have gone ahead and changed our snippet to only have WooCommerce Active by default to help prevent this in the future.
