Cant edit a ticket in the backend

Hi

Sorry I had been away and unable to respond to this topic

Problem with Tickets

But replies have been closed

Unfortunately the solution did not help
As I had reverted back to TwentySixteen with the plugins listed in the previous topic and it is also a multisite installation
So even though I was using that script that was mentioned this was in the bespoke theme’s functions.php so was not active when I was using a default theme
