ParticipantHi Modern Tribe! I bought your Event Tickets Plus plugin for Event Calendar but when I try to download it from your site I have this message: “{“code”:”rest_forbidden”,”message”:”Sorry, you are not allowed to do that.”,”data”:{“status”:403}}“. What can I do to solve this problem?!

MemberGood evening Valentino and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!o
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the issues you have encountered while trying to download the plugin.
I would love to help you with this topic.I just went ahead and tried downloading the plugin with your account and the good news is that it all works.
Perhaps this was only a temporary yet unfortunate situation.
Would you mind trying again ?
Best regards,
Geoff B.

ParticipantThank you Geoff, I tryed again few hours later and everything worked! Sorry
if I did write it only on the facebook page and not here. But now I have some problems, I hope you can help me here:
1. I want to add some information to the ticket that is sent, can I do that
directly from the event calendar ticket plugin or do I have to edit the php
source file? (in the last case what strings do I have to edit?)2. When I use the bank transfer method payment (from woocommerce) I want
the ticket to be sent only after the payment has been checked by me and not
automatically released by the system. How can I do this?June 27, 2017 at 10:11 am #1308943Valentino Melchiorre

MemberGood evening Valentino,
Thank you for writing back.
1. I want to add some information to the ticket that is sent, can I do that
directly from the event calendar ticket plugin or do I have to edit the php
source file? (in the last case what strings do I have to edit?)Absolutely. You can edit the content of the ticket since it’s HTML based.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
Pay special attention to the Tickets section.Basically, you can have an override of any view (including tickets) by placing the correct file in your WordPress theme’s /tribe-events/
Additionally, you should check out the following extension: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/add-event-and-attendee-information-to-woocommerce-order-details/
2. When I use the bank transfer method payment (from woocommerce) I want
the ticket to be sent only after the payment has been checked by me and not
automatically released by the system. How can I do this?Well, technically, when the ticket is sent is controlled by your settings at the very bottom of the Events -> Settings -> Tickets page.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
Geoff B.
