This is an issue I’ve never seen before, so not sure what’s up. So first of all if this is happening to the live site, then you can downgrade the plugins to the previously working versions and see if that makes it right again.
On the issue it self, if you have a staging site it would be a good test to re-download latest versions (to discard any issues with the update) and follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide. This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
