Can't Change from Month View to List View when Month is set at default display

If I set the list view as default, everything works fine.

If I set the month view as default, I can only switch between month and day. List view seems disabled. We are considering purchase Pro, Community Events, and Facebook add ons, but this little issue really needs to be resolved. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

By the way, fabulous plugin! It’s going to save me hours every month! Looks great!

I tested on my local install but was unable to replicate the issue you’re describing. Have you tried following the Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure that the issue isn’t a conflict with an active plugin or your existing theme?
