Can't change currency

Hi,

each time I change currency symbol and its positioning and press save, it doesn’t get saved (pound symbol stays). It happens in both event detail and global settings. Any ideas?

The field works for me, so I’m wondering if you can share two things here:

1. Can you share a screenshot of the specific field you are referring to? You can do so by uploading the screenshot to Imgur.com, Flickr.com, CloudUp.com, or any similar image-hosting site; then just share the links to those images here and I’ll take a look. I just want to be 100% certain that we are referring to the same field! ( ⚠️ Please screenshot the whole page, or as much of it as you can—not just a closeup of that one field.)

Thank you for clarifying this!

I cannot reproduce any problems with that field and saving data in it. Can you test for a theme/plugin code conflict here?

To do that, try all of the steps on this page → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

After EACH STEP in that process, try changing the currency symbol in that option again and see if anything changes in the behavior of the problem.

What happens when you try this?

it seems it was blocked or taking info from woocommerce. I changed it there and it fixed the problem
