Can't begin using iCal Importer because The Events Calendar plugin update failed

I received this notice “To begin using The Events Calendar: iCal Importer, please install the latest version of The Events Calendar.”, but when I tried to update “The Events Calendar”, it said the update failed with no additional info. I recently renewed my Events Calendar PRO license (for $100+) and have input that and then proceeded with purchasing the iCal Importer ($49), and am still unable to have the functionality work.

Please provide some insight here.

I logged out and logged back in and was able to re-enter both license keys, and the iCal tab then showed up!

Hi. Sorry you had difficulties with this.

From your system information report, it looks like you have a really old version of the PRO add-on.

Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins are at their latest versions?

• Downloads / Version Numbers
• TEC Automatic Updates
• or TEC Manual Updates
