Cannot set recurring event end date– no option visible

I’m very problems on this website: http://sangeronimopres.churchwebsiteprogram.com, where we are running The Events Calendar Pro – primarily for the function of recurring events.

When I try to add a recurring event, I get this error message: “You must select a recurrence end date”. But there is no place I’m seeing to do that. I know that there were some updates to the plugin recently, so maybe this is a bug?

Here is what I see in my dashboard: http://tinyurl.com/prudrov. Nothing appears next to the recurrence to give me the option of adding an end date.

Sorry you’re having trouble here!

I appreciate the screenshot you shared, and it reveals that your site seems to be running an older version of our plugin, which might be to blame for the problems here. To confirm this, can you share your System Information with us as directed here? → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

The most recent versions of our plugins are as follows:

• The Events Calendar: 3.12.1
• Events Calendar Pro: 3.12
• Everything Else: 3.12

Can you make sure that your active versions of your plugins are up-to-date with those versions listed above? Once you’re up-to-date, let us know if issues persist.

Apparently, I had not put in the license key (although I was sure I had done so), which was why I had not been notified that there was an update to the PRO plugin.

Once I updated to v 3.12, the problem went away.
