ParticipantWhen I fill out the form to submit a purchase I keep getting the following:
Credit Card Number is a required field.
Credit Card Expiration is a required field.
Credit Card CVC is a required field.RELATED ITEMS INSTALLED:
I am running the latest version of wordpress (upgraded today)
Event Tickets version 4.2.2 (reinstalled today)
Events Ticket Plus version 4.2.2 (installed yesterday)
Stripe for WooCommerce version 1.38 (reinstalled this today)
WooCommerce version 2.6.2
WooCommerce – Autocomplete Orders version 1.1.3I have downloaded WooCommerce Stripe Gateway version 3.0.2 but my site does not run the required version of php to activate this plugin.
Any help on how to get back to submitting orders would be greatly appreciated. We have been unable to accept orders for 24 hours.
I currently have all other plugins disabled except for jonradio which is so I can use multiple themes in the site.
I have not gone back to default theme twenty-fourteen as I’m not sure the risks in doing that. I have not upgraded my theme since installing it 18 months ago or more.Thank you,

ParticipantHey James!
Thanks for opening a new thread. 🙂
I’m sorry to hear about these issue and am happy to try and figure out what’s going on.
You shared a lot of information here, which I appreciate—despite that, I was wondering if you wouldn’t mind also just posting the complete System Information as described on this page? → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
It may seem trivial, but there is some extra information in that big block of info that might help illuminate some things here.
In the meantime, can you also confirm with me WHEN these issues started arising?
Did the checkout work fine up until this weekend, then you update a few plugins or something and it stopped working? Or has this issue been happening for many weeks? Or just since this morning? Et cetera—any information on its history that you can provide will be helpful.
Thank you!

ParticipantThanks for this information, James. I’m still a bit stumped by this issue, to be honest, but what you said here seems like a great thing to rule out first and foremost:
I have downloaded WooCommerce Stripe Gateway version 3.0.2 but my site does not run the required version of php to activate this plugin.
☝️ Part of the problem here could be that you’re using an out-of-date Stripe gateway plugin, which means that it is probably using and citing an out-of-date version of the Stripe API itself.
If you update to the most recent version of that Stripe gateway plugin, then it will probably be using a more recent version of the Stripe API and that alone may fix these issues.
If it does not outright fix all of the issues, it is still an essential step to do before we can do any other steps given the nature of the problem….
When it comes to getting the PHP version updated, if you contact your web host’s support, they should be able to perform that update without issue.
Let me know what you think and if you can do these steps!
Thank you,

ParticipantThanks for the advice.
I used a different widget for stripe connectivity and that worked.
Sadly it is not as good as the other widget but at least I am back on-line.
I did uninstall the and re-install the original widget I was using but that didn’t help.
Thanks again for your help.

ParticipantHey James,
Thanks for the follow-up here. While I’m sorry that the new widget isn’t quite as good as the old one, as you mentioned I am indeed glad you’re at least back in action for now!
I’ll close this thread for now, but do open another thread any time if other issues or questions arise.
Best of luck with your site,
George -
